Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we deliver throughout Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia — including major cities such as Tirana, Pristina, and Tetovo, as well as all other regions. All orders are shipped with express delivery, and as a reminder, all customs duties and VAT are already included in the price.
Delivery times depend on your location. Typically, orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Once your package is on its way, you can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time through our tracking page.
We work with DHL Express, UPS, and trusted local partners.
Shipping to Albania is currently free. For deliveries to Kosovo and North Macedonia, a fair shipping fee is applied to ensure the highest standards of safety and secure delivery for your order. As always, there are no additional hidden costs or customs duties upon arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes. You can return unworn items within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to return an item, our team is happy to help! Please contact us at support@ryova.de or reach out directly via our contact form to request a return label. To ensure a smooth process, please note that returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
